Holly is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges by creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for self-exploration and growth. With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology and Forensics from Trent University, Holly brings both academic expertise and real-world experience to her therapeutic approach.

At J&K Mental Health, Holly’s goal is to help clients identify, understand, and develop strategies for managing their emotions.
