Meet Nathalie – Supporting Students Through Life’s Challenges
The transition into post-secondary life can be exciting, overwhelming, and everything in between. Whether you're navigating academic pressure, imposter syndrome, relationship grief, or personal identity struggles, Nathalie is here to help.
As a therapist with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by post-secondary students, Nathalie provides a compassionate and supportive space to work through anxiety, self-doubt, and the stress of academic and life transitions. She has a special interest in helping students overcome imposter syndrome, a struggle that can make even the most accomplished individuals feel like they’re not “good enough.” By working together, she helps clients rebuild confidence, manage self-doubt, and recognize their worth beyond their achievements.
Nathalie also supports students dealing with relationship grief and trauma, helping them process breakups, friendship shifts, and family stressors that may feel particularly heavy during this stage of life. Additionally, she works with clients on body image concerns, providing a non-judgmental space to explore self-perception and develop a healthier relationship with their bodies.
Through a warm, personalized, and evidence-based approach, Nathalie empowers students to develop resilience, self-compassion, and the tools they need to thrive—both in school and in life.
You don’t have to go through this alone. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, Nathalie is here to support you. Book a session today and take the first step toward confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being.
